🌟 It’s Giving Tuesday! 🌟

Today, we’re asking our community to come together to support Stillwater Girls, Inc. (SGI) - because every young person deserves access to the outdoors, to leadership opportunities, and to experiences that build confidence and lifelong memories. 💚

SGI is a small, volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to enhancing outdoor recreation opportunities for all citizens of the greater Payne County area.

One of the most cherished properties we own and maintain is Camp Stapley - a local gem that offers more than 40 acres of trails, campsites, program areas, and gathering spaces for:
• Girl Scouts & Boy Scouts
• Church youth groups
• Outdoor education programs
• Community celebrations & family events
• Historical reenactment groups - and more!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, in recent years we’ve completed several much-needed upgrades:
✨ New HVAC and kitchen upgrades at The Lodge
🌲 Trail maintenance and termite treatment at Camp Stapley
🚧 A brand-new low-ropes course opening soon!

This year, we’re looking ahead to the next phase of critical improvements - from major cabin upgrades to removing invasive brush and cedar overgrowth, ensuring the property remains safe and inspiring for every group who visits.

This , we're raising money for Stillwater Girls Incorporated (SGI), and your contribution, whether you donate $5 or $500, will make an impact locally.

Stillwater Girls, Inc. collaborates with individuals and groups to enhance the opportunities for outdoor experiences for all citizens of the greater Payne County area. The organization is run by a small board of volunteers. One of the properties owned and maintained by SGI is Camp Stapley!

Camp Stapley provides 40 acres of reserveable space, including four buildings, 15 campsites with fire rings, and two RV spots. Our facility has numerous picnic tables, a mini-amphitheater, an archery range, trails for hiking or mountain biking, tire swings and butterfly swings, a program shelter, running water, flush toilets, and showers.

Camp Stapley is most notably used for Girl Scout and Boy Scout camps during the summer. It is also utilized by the Society for Creative Anachronism, individual troops and Service Units, church groups, and weddings, birthday and retirement parties, family functions, and much more!

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past four years that Stillwater Girls, Inc. has participated in Giving Tuesday, we’ve raised close to $4,000! This year, we are raising funds to clean out an overgrowth of cedar and thorn trees around the property.

We are holding a fundraiser for Stillwater Girls, Inc. (SGI) - the 501(c)(3) that owns and maintains Camp Stapley and the Lodge in town. Stillwater Girls, Inc. collaborates with individuals and groups to enhance the opportunities for outdoor experiences for all citizens of the greater Payne County area.

Each jar is $10 and all proceeds go directly to Stillwater Girls, Inc. for upcoming projects at Camp Stapley. We will deliver this weekend within a 20 mile radius of Stillwater!

All jars were created by SGI board members, Girl Scout volunteers, and locate Girl Scouts!

Please comment on the individual photo you would like to purchase. We will honor requests in the order they come, and go down the list in chronological order if unable to deliver.

SGi would like to offer a big shout out to CREC for their support of not only SGi but a large diversity of organizations throughout our community. Without this assistance the impact of COVID-19 would be devastating to those we all serve.

The Central Community Foundation recently achieved a milestone of giving back more than $1 million to our communities, and this couldn’t have been achieved without your generous support!
