Come check out our newly refinished gym and kick start your long weekend! 🎉

Pound is a high-energy, full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with the fun of playing the drums.
📣No experience needed- the goal is to sweat, release stress and feel like a rock star. Movements can be easily modified for different fitness levels, for any ages or stages of life.

We had a blast at our last NFL Flag Pop Up! 🏈✨ Marquez taught future players how to hold the ball, how to play as a team and how to keep sports fun!

But don't worry, we have one more fun event before the start of our Fall 2026 season!
