Our Community Medical Supply Closet volunteers are eagerly waiting to OPEN the door from 10 am - 11 am on this lovely Halloween morning - please stop by and see if we have something you need! All are welcome (including ghouls and goblins) and all items are free. Stop by! 🎃

Our Community Medical Supply Closet will be OPEN tomorrow (Saturday, October 31) from 10 am - 11 am. Stop by to see if we have something you might need... just ignore all of the creepy eyes staring at you while you are there! 👀 We promise they are harmless - they just show up around Halloween and only stay for a few days. For those who've never been to our Closet, we are located on Ford Ave, in Stanardsville, across from the Courthouse. All are welcome and all items are free. Happy Halloween! 🎃

BETTER TOGETHER - A Chronic Disease Management Support Group for Greene Co. has been meeting once a month for a while now, to go for a walk around Stanardsville. We met this past Tuesday evening - a beautiful October evening - but the group seemed a little off. With Halloween just a few days away, perhaps we shouldn't be surprised, but we were worried that maybe they were exposed to a Zombie pathogen! We might need to reach out to be sure that everyone is okay... 🧟‍♂️

We've added an item to our Amazon Wish List that is something that folks who stop by our Community Medical Supply Closet often ask for - bed pads! If you're interested in donating some to us to for our Closet, we would sure appreciate it. You can drop them off at our Community Medical Supply Closet (on Ford Ave in Stanardsville, across from the Courthouse Parking lot) on Mondays and Saturdays from 10 am - 11 am. Thank you!

We had a reason to celebrate this evening at our walk - Brianna, a volunteer for our BETTER TOGETHER - A Chronic Disease Management Support Group for Greene Co., has committed to the Radford University PA Program at Radford University Carilion! She starts next August. Our support group, Brianna, and some friendly Stanardsville ghosts enjoyed celebrating on a beautiful October evening! Congratulations Brianna! 👏👍🫶
