Imagine if every family did one small thing to make someone else’s Christmas a little better.

Not something expensive. Not something complicated.

Just one thoughtful thing.

A note to a neighbor. A meal for someone having a hard week. An invitation to someone who might otherwise spend the holiday alone.

Small things don’t always feel significant to the person doing them. But they can mean everything to the person receiving them.

Here’s an idea: choose one small act of kindness to do this week, then come back and tell us how it went.

Let’s fill this community with ideas worth passing on.

Can we admit something about Christmas?

Sometimes we’re so busy trying to make Christmas magical for everyone else that we forget to enjoy it ourselves.

The shopping. The decorations. The school parties. The traditions. The pressure to make everything special.

And then Christmas comes and goes, and we wonder where the time went.

Maybe this year, we don’t need to do more.

Maybe we just need to slow down enough to enjoy the people we’re doing it all for.

What if we made kindness part of our Christmas tradition this year?

Not something complicated.

Not something that costs a lot of money.

Just small things that remind people they’re seen, loved, and not alone.

So we’re starting the Christmas of Kindness Challenge. ❤️

Here’s your first challenge:

Do one unexpected act of kindness for someone today.

Pay for someone’s meal.
Leave a generous tip.
Send a text to someone you’ve been thinking about.
Leave a note for a neighbor.
Let someone go ahead of you.
Buy something for someone who could use it.
Or simply stop and ask someone how they’re really doing.

Then come back and tell us what you did.

You might never know how much that small act meant to someone.

And imagine what could happen if hundreds of us started looking for opportunities to do a little good every day.

That’s what we’re hoping to create again this Christmas. ❤️

What if we started now?

Not with presents.
Not with decorations.

Three months from now, Christmas will be here. And between now and then, there are countless chances to make someone’s day a little lighter.

A text to someone who’s struggling.
A meal for a neighbor.
A compliment to a stranger.
A little extra patience.
A quiet act of service that nobody ever sees.

It may still be August…

But behind the scenes, something special is already taking shape.

For months, we’ve been planning, building, and dreaming about creating a place where families can slow down, make memories, and celebrate what makes Christmas so meaningful.

This December, we’ll once again light up our Christmas display and invite our community to come together for a cause bigger than ourselves.

There will be lights.

There will be memories.

And together, we’ll help bring hope to families in need through our annual food drive.

We can’t wait to share more in the weeks ahead.

But they’ll remember the feeling.

They’ll remember neighbors bringing over treats.

They’ll remember driving around to look at Christmas lights.

They’ll remember the people who made them feel welcome.

They’ll remember who your family was.

But they’ll remember nights like this.

Walking through Christmas lights.
Holding a cup of hot chocolate.
Laughing together.
Feeling like, for just a little while, the world slowed down.

Join us for an evening of Christmas lights, music, free hot chocolate, free donuts, and simple traditions that bring people together. While you’re here, help us spread a little hope by bringing a non-perishable food donation for the Utah Food Bank.
