As we wrap up the first quarter of our fiscal year, we want to take a moment to celebrate the progress we've made, reflect on the challenges our community continues to face, and share what's ahead for Springfield Supported Housing Program! 🏡💚
From helping individuals and families find permanent housing to developing new programs and strengthening community partnerships, our work continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of those experiencing housing instability.
Behind every number is a person, a family, and a story of resilience. Our accomplishments are made possible by dedicated staff, supportive community partners, and individuals who believe everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home.

Families experiencing housing instability often need support beyond the school system. This SSHP resource poster highlights organizations that can help with housing, legal concerns, youth services, mental health, special education, and other essential needs.

Please save and share this resource so families in our community know where to turn for help. No family should have to navigate these challenges alone.
