We are so happy to support this offering from UVM. Walking offers all the benefits of exercise—from improved fitness and energy to enhanced well-being. The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Self-Directed Program is a physical activity and self-management education program that can help reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis, increase balance, strength, and walking pace, build confidence, and improve overall health. Through UVM's Walk with Ease Enhanced Program, healthcare provider students are paired with participants in the fall and spring semesters and guide them via weekly calls and emails.

FREE and open to anyone, regardless of age and physical abilities, who can be on their feet for 10 minutes without increased pain. https://www.uvm.edu/osher/walk-ease
