Mental Health Services, providing treatment and rehabilitation services to individuals whose lives are disrupted by severe mental illness, substance abuse and dependency, and behavioral difficulties. MHS addresses a host of mental and behavioral health care needs, such as depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, phobias, post-traumatic stress, bi-polar, schizophrenia, drug and alcohol abuse,

and addictive behaviors. From individuals to families, and from youth to the elderly, we care to empower all people with the ability to lead productive, self-sufficient lives as valued and contributing members of our communities. is committed to fostering a culture of appreciation for diversity in our workforce, our client population, and within our community. Our Madison County Co-Responder team is attending CoRCon 2026 - Co-Responder Conference in Dallas, Texas alongside community partners from across Madison County!

The co-responder program is built on collaboration, bringing together behavioral health professionals and law enforcement to provide compassionate, immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crisis in the community.

We are extremely proud of the work our co-responders are doing everyday and grateful for the strong partnerships that make this program possible. Thank you all for representing Madison County! 💙

MHS provides on-the-job training, CPR/First Aid (Miami Valley Health & Safety Solutions), NVCI/CPI Blue Card Training (We have 2 in-house trainers!), as well as extensive clinical orientation and specialty training.

We have flexible scheduling options, including telehealth and in-person opportunities for therapist/counselors in both Clark and Madison counties. We currently have both clinical and non-clinical positions available on our website.
