Are you an experienced installer who takes pride in doing quality work, solving problems, and treating customers right? We are looking for a dependable, skilled Lead Installer to oversee installation projects for our building materials and home improvement customers.
Key Duties:
• Lead and perform residential installation projects involving products sold by our store.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, job-site preparation, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, store personnel, and management.
• Verify measurements, materials, and job requirements before installation.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in residential installation, remodeling, or the building materials industry.
• Strong hands-on skills and the ability to work independently.
• A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Valid driver's license and a dependable driving record.

Through the WIOA Adult Program, this customer overcame barriers, completed program requirements, and attended 160 Driving Academy, earning his Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Today, he has launched his new career as a Transport Driver with C & L Enterprise, earning a self-sufficient wage to support his family!
