Peace by Piece Quilters

Peace by Piece Quilters We're a group,(Coordinated by Nancy Eaton) mtg @ St Peter's Episc. ch, So Windsor, CT, who gives comfort to those going through tough issues, with our quilts.

Since 2007, we've been a group of quilters who previously (pre-covid-19), met once a month at St Mary's Episcopal Church to create and donate quilts (and other items) to those in need. We are now meeting again 'in-person', but at St Peter's Episcopal Church in South Windsor. Meetings will be on Saturdays, 9am- 2pm. Covid restrictions MAY require attending members to wear masks, but depending on t

he positivity rates, can forego being worn, if being socially distant. Here are the dates for this coming year (2022-2023). Sept 10th. Feb 4th
Oct 1st. Mar 4th
Nov 5th. Apr 1st
Jan 7th. May 6th
June 3rd

While the video shows no visual (technical difficulties), you can hear the whole service. If you'd like to hear a fabulous sermon, including mentioning our critters (about 34 mins in), the sermon starts at 22 mins in, until 36.35 mins. This special service with our Bishop included confirming two young men. Thanks for all the support St Peters gives our group and our current project.
Enjoy...

The heart of the group is where WE live.

If you wonder why more isnt delivered to the east, it's because many of those towns are smaller with "resident" troopers handling calls. It's not that we wont move in that direction when we can... we just havent yet.

It also doesnt include 3 depts in ME, and one facility in eastern MA.
