As we wrap up an unforgettable 2026 State Summer Games weekend, our hearts are full.

To our incredible athletes thank you for inspiring us with your determination, courage, sportsmanship, and joy. Months of hard work and dedication led to this moment, and we could not be more proud of each and every one of you.

To our coaches, volunteers, families, sponsors, staff, law enforcement partners, medical volunteers, and fans thank you for making this weekend possible. In both the heat and the rain your time, energy, encouragement, and belief in our mission created an experience that athletes will remember for years to come.

Together, we celebrated victories big and small, formed new friendships, and showed what is possible when everyone is included. Thank you for being part of the Special Olympics Maine family and for helping make Summer Games 2026 one for the books.
