"When my sister was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, I wanted to do anything I could to help. As her identical twin, I was blessed to be her stem cell donor, and that experience forever changed how I see the strength of family, hope, and the power of community.
Today, I'm honored to participate in the HealthTree Challenge to support the organization that helped guide us through one of the most difficult seasons of our lives. 🏃 Ethan thought marathon training had caused his hip pain.
Instead, it led to a diagnosis that changed his life forever.
At just 22 years old, Ethan was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a disease most often diagnosed decades later. What followed was a journey through treatment, a stem cell transplant, recovery, and ultimately, a new purpose helping others facing cancer.
Today, Ethan is in remission, a husband, a father, and works in oncology, turning one of life's greatest challenges into a mission to help others.

Six years after being diagnosed with multiple myeloma, Ken is in remission thanks to advances in science, exceptional healthcare, and the unwavering support of his family and friends.
This fall, he's taking on a new challenge by walking the Camino for a Cure.
Ken is walking to raise awareness for multiple myeloma and help fund research, patient education, and support services that empower people living with blood cancer.

💚 Meet Beatrice Rouamba.
In 2023, what she thought was anemia turned out to be multiple myeloma, a blood cancer she had never even heard of before.
Within days, her life changed dramatically. Along with her diagnosis, she lost her job while caring for her father during his final days. She went through chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant, and today continues treatment with courage and hope.
This fall, Beatrice is walking 115 kilometers across Spain as part of Camino for a Cure.
She is walking to help fund research, empower patients through education, and bring us closer to better treatments and future cures.
