Many people are starting to rethink how much red meat they eat and for good reason 🥩

The 2026 HealthTree Challenge: Hike & Wellness is more than just a trip to Vail; it’s an intimate and thoughtfully curated 3-day experience that builds self-resilience and a supportive community for 30 participants - open to blood cancer patients, caregivers, and supporters. 🧡

From October 15–17, 2026, we’re bringing our Challenge teammates together in Vail, Colorado. This isn't just a hike—we'll partake in a full day of restorative wellness activities before our physically challenging day of hiking together in the Rockies.

We will commit to personal wellness, we will support each other, we will raise awareness and critical funds that contribute to life-changing research. 🩸💪
