Happy Birthday to Sam! 🎉

If there’s one thing we know about Sam, it’s that he’s always bringing energy, laughs, and big ideas. He can keep a room entertained while also making everyone stop and think in the best way possible!

As the Business Development Officer at First Dakota Title, and a valued part of the RFK board, Sam has been such an incredible addition to our mission. His heart for helping kids is HUGE, and we are SO thankful for the passion, strategy, and support he brings to the table.

What do you do when your child needs help but your insurance says no?

It’s a question too many parents in our area are facing.

In Sioux Falls, therapy sessions for kids, whether it’s for mental health, occupational therapy, or medical needs, can cost families $100 to $250 per session if it’s not covered by insurance. And sadly, many of these services aren’t.

That means parents are left choosing between paying the bills… or helping their child.

At Realtors for Kids, we step in when families are out of options. We help cover therapy, medical needs, school essentials, and more—so that kids don’t have to go without support just because money is tight.

Easter always feels like the reset button on the calendar- a season of fresh starts, renewal, and hope.

But we also know that for many in our community, it doesn’t feel that simple.

There are families walking through heavy days, mentally, financially, physically, just trying to make it to the next one. And when you’re carrying that weight with children depending on you…it can feel overwhelming in a way that’s hard to put into words.

That’s exactly why Realtors for Kids Sioux Empire exists! We are here to help lighten that load.

Happy Birthday to two incredible women we’re so lucky to have on our board!

Bri brings such a calm, thoughtful presence to everything she does. Her heart for others, her care for the kids we serve, and the way she leads with intention makes a lasting impact.

Rebecca, our ex officio queen 👑, is the steady heartbeat behind so much of what we do! She goes above and beyond, always sees the good, and is the biggest cheerleader for our mission and the people around her.

We’re a few days past February 16th, but when it comes to celebrating Brit, we believe the whole month still counts. 😉

Brit is such an essential part of our board. She brings organization, leadership, and consistency to everything we do.
