TEAM BANQUET REMINDERS!

Dear Olympia Families,

This is a friendly reminder that our Team Banquet will be held today, Monday, May 18. Doors open at 5:15PM at Palazzo Grande.

Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, with award and gift presentations to follow.

Please note that gymnasts will be seated together with their teams, separate from their parents, during the banquet festivities.

We look forward to celebrating an amazing season with all of you!

🌟 That’s a Wrap on the 2026 Athlete Warrior Challenge! 🌟
What an incredible weekend! The Athlete Warrior Challenge once again brought together athletes, coaches, families, and our amazing community for a competition we’re truly proud of. Hosting this event with Olympia Gymnastics was an honor, and the energy all weekend long was unmatched.

🤸‍♀️ To our athletes and coaches: Your dedication, strength, and perseverance were on full display. Thank you for bringing your best and making this competition unforgettable.

👩‍⚖️ To our judges: We are grateful for your time, expertise, and professionalism throughout the meet.

❤️ To our volunteers: Simply put—you crushed it. From setup to teardown, this year ran smoother than ever, and that’s because of you. We are endlessly thankful for your commitment and teamwork.

📣 To our families and fans: Your support, encouragement, and cheers filled the venue and lifted every athlete.

🛍️ To our sponsors and vendors: Thank you for supporting AWC and helping create such a positive experience for everyone involved.

This weekend was a true celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and community, and we are so grateful to everyone who played a role in making it such a success.

IMPORTANT INFO: We’re so excited for this year’s Athlete Warrior Challenge! 🎉 This event wouldn’t be possible without our amazing volunteer families—thank you for helping us make it great and keep booster dues low!

Volunteer Info – Quick Tips:
👕 What to wear: Free volunteer shirts will be available at check-in. Wear comfortable, rubber-soled shoes. Setup/teardown volunteers— bring work gloves.

📍 Check-in: Stop by the volunteer room and check in with the volunteer coordinator when you arrive.

🍔 Food: Please purchase food from the concession stand. Any outside food must stay in the volunteer room.

⏰ Your shift: Volunteers commit to a full session, not just one job. If your task ends early, you’ll be reassigned. Be sure to check out with the coordinator before leaving.
