Tonight! 3-D Collage in the Round: Carousel books are accordion-style books that open 360 degrees to form a standing, circular, or star-shaped display. Students will source magazines and/or colorful paper to create 7 unique scenes. Each page will have two layers of cut outs to reveal the scene. The accordions are sewn together using a pamphlet stitch and hard covers will be attached.

Please join us TONIGHT for the opening reception of our teen exhibit!

Over 20 area teens have work displayed in our newest community exhibit with the optional theme of CRYPTOZOOLOGY! Come see their work and celebrate their creativity.

Additionally, we'll be celebrating our graduating ARTeens seniors as well as wrapping up a fantastic year of ARTeens after-school programming.

The show will be on display until July 11.

Local Linocuts: create a handmade stamp, Thursday, June 18, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Join local artist Danielle Lucier on Thursday, June 18 at 2:00 pm, and learn how to make a linocut design based on your favorite local landmark, business, or icon and print it into a custom fabric patch or print. All materials will be provided and all skill levels are welcome.
This class is part of our Summer Roundhouse Series. Participants are encouraged to use the skills they’ve learned to make a project to enter at this fall’s Franklin County Fair. We will hold sessions in mid-August to assist with framing and entering arts and crafts into the Roundhouse. Participants may also use the Makerspace and classroom materials throughout the summer.
This program, made possible thanks to a grant from the Greenfield Local Cultural Council and the Franklin County Fair , is free and intended for teens and adults, ages 13+. No experience is necessary.

Our favorite musical folks (MTC also performs at our library) Go hear them this weekend!

Our first concert of the 2026 season will take place this Saturday at 5 p.m. at the air-conditioned Federated Church. The Adaskin String Trio and pianist Sally Pinkas will present a program including Beethoven, Brahms, and Joseph Marcello’s “Elegy for Miles Davis.” Join us!

Drop in this Saturday between 10-4 for our exhibit reception! Curator Mahalia worked for months to research and mount our latest exhibit, all about Lt. Col. David Wells and Shelburne in the Revolution.
Come and view the exhibit, chat about history, and enjoy some snacks while you’re here!
