Eastmont Community Foundation Eastmont Community Foundation (formerly MVCF) is a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for the people of eastern Montgomery County, Virginia.

Eastern Montgomery County, Virginia, is located halfway between Virginia Tech and Roanoke, and is comprised of the historic villages of Shawsville, Elliston, Lafayette and Ironto. Eastmont Community Foundation is based at The Meadowbrook Center, a multipurpose community facility created out of an abandoned nursing home that today features a library, Waldron Fitness Center, museum, cafe, office space and artist studios, and more.
