On July 15, 2026, a tree limb came down at Sharon Town Beach, revealing just how massive a known beehive inside the tree had become!

Our first call was Mike’s Beehive from Goshen, CT, who responded to safely handle the situation and relocate the bees while keeping their safety a top priority. Check out their video they created to document this process!

A unique situation at the beach that gave us an up-close look at one of nature’s incredible colonies! 🐝 🌳 💛

The 67th Annual Sharon on the Green Craft Fair was a wonderful day filled with local artisans, community spirit, and beautiful weather. Thank you to all of our vendors and visitors for making it such a success. A special thank you to Utopia Percherons for sharing their beautiful Percheron horses and helping make this year’s event even more memorable!
