🎭🌟AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT🌟🎭
Do you have the itch to get on stage? Love making people laugh? Do we have the show for you! Auditions for Rick Abbott's "Play On!" will be held on November 17th and 19th at ACTS PAC from 7-9 pm. We are so happy that theater guru Paula Ferguson will be directing this show, her first venture at ACTS! "Play On!" will be presented March 12-14 and 19-21.
One plucky community theatre is about to produce a show called "Murder Most Foul", a new “murder mystery play” with the same title as an Agatha Christie novel but with no relation whatsoever. The director/theatre manager, Gerry, has no idea what disasters await her: the show is hilariously amateur, the “murder mystery” plot doesn’t really have a murder, and to top it off the playwright keeps changing the story and script only two days from its premiere! If this sounds like a show you can't wait to be a part of, COME AUDITION!
All those who wish to audition must be over 25. No prepared readings will be entertained. Attendees will read from the scripts. Anyone may read for any part. Auditioning for experience only is welcome. Auditions are open; that is, should an attendee need to bring their partner, children, visiting relatives from Nebraska, or dog, they may do so (though we ask that all dogs as well as actors be housebroken). No roles are precast. No experience is necessary. There is nothing in this show preventing anyone of any shape, size, or physical ability from performing in this show.
