🤗 The PTO was so excited to bring our final surprise of the year to BDC today! 🎉 Raising the Bar with Sweet Opportunities pulled right up to the front doors and served up sweet treats to students, staff, and community helpers. Ice cream and popsicles for everyone! 🩵 This adorable ice cream truck creates on-the-job training opportunities for adults with disabilities, and the service and menu options were great! What a sweet way to celebrate the end of a great school year.

✨ It’s bonus surprise time! ✨ With one week of school to go, we surprised the awesome BDC staff with a refreshing beverage after dismissal. Thank you to BUBBL'R for donating these antioxidant sparkling waters so these well-deserving educators could cool down on their way home.

🤗 Surprise! Today the PTO is surprising students with “mystery bags” full of goodies to celebrate summer’s arrival. Each bag contains a pack of sidewalk chalk, a sensory-textured slap bracelet, a mini glider kit, a beach ball, summer stickers, and another small surprise or two. Families, be on the lookout for these items in your child’s backpack. Thank you to students in our transition classes for delivering the bags to each classroom! 🩵
