As we prepare our new emergency shelter, we’re inviting our community to help create welcoming, trauma-informed spaces where healing can begin.

Each room sponsorship helps provide:

💜 Comfort and dignity for families starting over

Your sponsorship can furnish:

* Mom & Kids Room (Bunk Bed & Twin Bed)
* ADA Accessible Room

Family Resource Center is proud to collaborate with our local law enforcement agencies to provide crisis intervention, advocacy, safety planning, emergency shelter, forensic services, and ongoing support for survivors and their families. Together, we work to ensure victims are heard, believed, protected, and connected to resources that help them begin healing.

This week, we honor the dedication, courage, and partnership of the officers who stand alongside us in supporting survivors and strengthening our community.

Another look at the meaningful progress made by the Family Resource Center throughout April 2026. Through advocacy, support services, crisis intervention, shelter services, and education, our team continued working to strengthen and support individuals and families in our community every day. Today was a BIG day for the Family Resource Center! 🎉

Concrete was poured for our new building, and we could not be more excited to see this vision becoming reality. Every step forward brings us closer to creating a safe, welcoming place where families can find hope, healing, support, and empowerment. 💜

This project represents more than just a building — it represents a stronger future for survivors, children, and families in our community.

As National Sexual Assault Awareness month concludes, Family Resource Center is delighted to highlight the successful launch of its Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program, introduced at the start of 2026. The program has demonstrated early success, with seven SANE exams completed within the first four months, significantly exceeding anticipated numbers.

We are truly blessed with a community of law enforcement, prosecution, advocates and medical colleagues who support our mission and work tirelessly everyday to protect the victims of sexual assault in our communities.
