May 19, 2024, Seminole, Oklahoma β The Boom Days Golf Tournament wrapped up this Sunday at Jimmie Austin Golf Course, showcasing some fine golfing talent. With intense competition across multiple flights, the tournament provided thrilling moments and impressive performances. Jimmie Austin Golf Course played extremely tough both days.
Championship Flight
In the Championship Flight, Robert Komacheet claimed first place with consistent scores of 76 on both days, totaling 152. Following closely, Tanner Knox secured second place with scores of 77 on both days, resulting in a total of 154. Zac Horton took third place, rebounding from an 81 on the first day to score 75 on the second, bringing his total to 156.
A Flight
Ron Hill emerged as the victor in the A Flight, scoring 80 on the first day and improving to 76 on the second, totaling 156. Chris Karch finished in second place with scores of 83 and 74 and carded the best round of the day among all golfers, totaling 157. Dustin Jones rounded out the top three with identical scores of 79 on both days, totaling 158.
B Flight
Chase Conner triumphed in the B Flight, scoring 84 and 81, totaling 165. Brian Geist followed in second place with scores of 88 and 79, totaling 167. Mike Debter finished in third place with scores of 87 and 88, totaling 175.
C Flight
The C Flight saw a tight contest, with Jerrod James, Larry Smith, and Jeremy Johnson all finishing with totals of 178. Jerrod James ultimately took first place, winning on a scorecard playoff. Larry Smith, with scores of 94 and 84, and Jeremy Johnson, with scores of 87 and 91, placed second and third respectively.
D Flight
Dakota Anderson secured first place in the D Flight with scores of 86 and 91, totaling 177. John C**n followed closely with scores of 88 and 90, totaling 178. Rick Conner finished third with scores of 90 and 91, totaling 181.
