To all riders and supporters: in 2026-2027, we will host a special event open to all members, friends, family, and anyone who wants to come out and help veterans, veteran families, and women veterans' outreach. The July event is our Gold Star Family, Mr. and Mrs. Carey, who lost their son, Cpl. Barton R. Humlhanz U.S.M.C. It's a light day of yard cleanup and flag replacement. Please email us at [email protected] if you can attend or would like to donate to the Gold Star Family Fund.

Off to Tallahassee this morning to begin a week long, life changing adventure!
🇺🇸 Best wishes to our amazing Florida Girls State delegates from Pinellas County! Thanks to all the Unit Chairpersons for their hard work.

This year, 33 of the 300 delegates selected statewide are from Pinellas County, reflecting the outstanding efforts of our American Legion Auxiliary Units throughout District 16.

Unit 252 was proud to help send these young women off today with our prayers, support, and encouragement.

Girls State is a hands-on leadership and civics program that teaches young women how government works through active participation.

We are proud of each of you and look forward to seeing all you accomplish this week!❤️🤍💙

Today our Auxiliary Unit 252 joined the Son's & Riders in playing I Got It, & serving the Veterans at the Bay Pines CLC a fresh fish dinner. Bruce, Gary, & Robert cooked the fish & fries, & Kimberly Mitchell-Edwards made the coleslaw! We are so Blessed to be able to spend time & serve the Veterans, who served to keep us free !

Unit 252 participated it Kids Appreciation Day
today at Seminole Park. Jennie Loney set up a table for kids to send their handprints on letters to thank our Veterans. Such fun that will bring smiles to our Veterans. Thanks to Jennie and her volunteers.
