Today our Auxiliary Unit 252 joined the Son's & Riders in playing I Got It, & serving the Veterans at the Bay Pines CLC a fresh fish dinner. Bruce, Gary, & Robert cooked the fish & fries, & Kimberly Mitchell-Edwards made the coleslaw! We are so Blessed to be able to spend time & serve the Veterans, who served to keep us free !

Unit 252 participated it Kids Appreciation Day
today at Seminole Park. Jennie Loney set up a table for kids to send their handprints on letters to thank our Veterans. Such fun that will bring smiles to our Veterans. Thanks to Jennie and her volunteers.

After last night’s membership meeting we took the Flags out to place at the Memorial. These flags topped with poppies will be on display for the month of June in honor of our Veterans both deceased or alive. These flags have are machined embroidered tags with names of your honored veteran. Envelopes are available in the canteen to order. Donation is $10. We hope you will stop by the Memorial and pay homage to our Veterans.

Shoutout to Sons of the American Legion 252! Thank you for stepping up, delivering excellence, and making a real difference in our veterans' lives. Proving the Fish Fry Fridays to our veterans at Bay Pines has brought such joy to our Veterans and something that they look so forward to.. Your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond. Auxiliary Unit 252 looks forward to the new year working with you; thank you again.

District 16 Congressional Conference and Memorial Service for Auxiliary members who have passed this year was held at Post 104 on May 16th. Attendees were Debra Dean President reporting on Unit 252 activities and accomplishments. Kathy Williams District 16 VA&R achievements. Luette Guilmette, District 16 Finance Chair, Darcey Wingfield Chaplain.
