We believe that by encouraging the pursuit of post high school educational goals we are helping tomorrow's individuals develop their potential and thus further enhance our community. The long-range purpose of these scholarships is to enhance self-esteem, recognize diversity, support personal development and acknowledge and support sensitivity and acceptance of human rights. Statement from the Board of the Imperial Sovereign Court of Seattle Olympic and Rainier Empire

April 19th, 2026

RE: Queen Mother “Nicole Murrray-Ramirez”, from the Board of Directors of ISCSORE

After receiving written grievances regarding Queen Mother Nicole’s (Nicole Ramirez) speech at Victory Brunch on February 15th, 2026, the Board has been diligently trying to garner an apology to the Court and the Community of Seattle from Queen Mother Nicole the Great.

Here is the communication that was sent to Queen Mother Nicole on March 14, 2026:

Dear Queen Mother Nicole,

We hope that this letter finds you well.

This letter is in response to the speech that you gave at our Victory Brunch on February 15th, 2026.

First, we are aware of all the letters that have been posted on your behalf by the heirs. We are also aware of the recent post that you posted on your page with an explanation for the use of the T-word. We are aware that this is a story from your past, however this language has upset many of our trans people in the community as well as our Court. We are also aware of all your actions at the Trans Coffee Talk in San Francisco. While all these things are commendable, there has not been an apology to the Community and Court of Seattle. Explanations are not an acceptance of wrongdoing and do not convey that one has learned from the mistake and is willing to try to do better.

When you meet with the political activist, representatives and council members, does talk like this enter the conversation. We don’t think that it does, so why should such language be used when addressing our community at large.

We are requesting that you respond to this letter with a live video apology via your page, to the trans community of Seattle as well as the Court members. We are asking this, because this is not the first time that you have used the T-word, while speaking here in Seattle. There was a letter sent addressing this in the past, and there was no response. We have attached all the past letters to this communication.

We are asking you to post the video apology, and we receive a written apology to the Court of Seattle within 2 weeks of receiving the letter.

All we are asking for is accountability on your part, we all make mistakes, and as leaders, we should be the first ones to apologize. Any lack of accountability on the part of the leader leads to chaos, dissension, lack of participation, and eventually exit of members.

This is not meant to tear anyone down but to hold our leaders accountable, this is the only way we continue to thrive as an organization.

The letter requested a video apology posted on her page in 2 weeks. She immediately asked for an additional one week extension, so that it would be done while she was in Denver. She called members of the Board of Seattle, along with the reigning Monarchs, to her room, to sit in while making the video apology, what appeared to be a genuine apology.

The people in attendance asked her about posting the apology on her FB page, her response was “she would post it on the International Court page, and she couldn’t post on her page, because it would cause her political friends to ask questions”.

A few days went by with no post of the apology video. The Board of Directors contacted Queen Mother Nicole about the post, which she responded, “she would post after getting back from New York”.

Wednesday of last week, April 15, 2026, the Board again contacted Queen Mother Nicole about the post, her response was, “AGAINST THE ADVICE OF MY ATTORNEY, I WILL POST ON FRIDAY”.

Friday, April 17, 2026, came and went without the apology video being posted anywhere.

As a result of Queen Mother Nicole “Nicole Murray-Ramirez” not meeting the request from the ISCSORE Board of Directors, after being given several opportunities, the Board has decided, the following consequences; Queen Mother Nicole “Nicole Murray-Ramirez” will not be welcomed back to Seattle for any Court functions.

Queen Mother Nicole refuses to accept accountability for the harm and detriment of her words to many of our Seattle court members and Community. Members of the ICC are still welcome to our city. The Board refuses to acknowledge a Titular Head that refuses to be responsible and tries to repair some of the damage done by their words to our community.

The Board of Directors of the Imperial Sovereign Court of Seattle is aware of a
situation involving the titular head of the ICS that occurred during Seattle Coronation 2026. We are in communication with the ICC and hope to reach a satisfactory conclusion quickly.

The Imperial Sovereign Court of Seattle, is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against bullying in any form, including verbal, physical, and cyberbullying.

Bullying, defined as intentional, repeated, and harmful behavior, is not consistent with our values and will not be tolerated.

We encourage anyone who has witnessed or experienced bullying to report it immediately to any Board member.

All reports will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and confidentially. We are dedicated to supporting victims and taking appropriate, decisive action to ensure a
safe, respectful, and supportive community for everyone.

ISCSORE Code of Conduct Policy:

G. Non-Discrimination/Anti-Harassment Policy and Complaint Procedure: The Imperial Court of Seattle (ISCSORE, Inc.) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Corporation in the State of Washington that hosts and participates in a variety of entertainment and educational events, and activities to raise monies, which support the causes of other diverse community-based charitable

organizations that do not discriminate based upon race, age, gender, s*xual orientation, religion or ethnic background. Our purpose is to collect charitable contributions from individuals and organizations, to distribute those contributions to other not-for-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit charitable organizations, and to have fun while doing it. Our intent is to allow membership to any individual or organization. Though our primary membership is drawn from the LGBT culture we believe everyone has the right of inclusion and the desire to help their community.

The ISCSORE, Inc. is committed to a friendly, social, collaborative, charitable environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each individual, all ISCSORE, Inc. members, monarchs, titleholders, imperial family members, contractors, and designated representatives has the right to participate in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices,including harassment with any ISCSORE, Inc. sponsored events or event affiliated with ISCSORE, Inc.

Therefore, The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc..) expects that all relationships among persons in the organizations will be highly respectful and free of bias, prejudice and harassment.

Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity:

It is the policy of The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) to ensure equal opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, gender, s*xual orientation, transgender, gender identity, age, social economic status, marital status, disability, veteran or draft status; or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) prohibits any such discrimination or harassment.

Retaliation is also prohibited.

The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) encourages reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination or harassment. It is the policy of The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) to promptly and thoroughly
investigate such reports. The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or harassment or participates in an investigation of such reports.

Definitions of Harassment:

1. Sexual harassment constitutes discrimination and is illegal under federal, state and local laws. For the purposes of this policy, s*xual harassment is defined, as in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Guidelines, as unwelcome s*xual advances, requests for s*xual favors and other verbal or

2. Physical conduct of a s*xual nature when, for example: (1) submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual's membership; (2) submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for making eligibility or a decision affecting such individual; or

(3) such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's participation in the organization or creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment. Sexual harassment may include a range of subtle and not so subtle behaviors and may involve individuals of the same or different gender. Depending on the circumstances, these behaviors may include, but are not limited to: unwanted s*xual advances or requests for s*xual favors; s*xual jokes and innuendo; verbal abuse of a s*xual nature; commentary about an individual's
body, s*xual prowess or s*xual deficiencies; leering, whistling or touching; insulting or obscene comments or gestures; and other physical, verbal or visual conduct of an unwanted s*xual nature.

3. Harassment on the basis of any other protected characteristic also is strictly
prohibited. Under this policy, harassment is verbal, written or physical conduct that
denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual because of his/her
race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, gender, s*xual orientation, transgender, gender identity,
age, social-economic status, ancestry, marital status, disability, veteran or draft status; or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws or that of his/her relatives, friends or associates, and that: (i) has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating,
hostile or offensive professional and courteous environment; (ii) has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work and performance for the organization, or

(iii) otherwise adversely affects an individual's ability to fully participate in the

ISCSORE, Inc. organization. Individuals and Conduct Covered These policies apply to each individual, all ISCSORE, Inc. members, monarchs, titleholders, imperial family members, contractors, and designated representatives, whether related to conduct engaged in by fellow ICSF Inc. members or by someone not directly connected to The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) (e.g. an outside vendor, consultant or customer or community member). Conduct prohibited by these policies is unacceptable at any ISCSORE, Inc. sponsored event or any event affiliated with ISCSORE, Inc. including meeting locations, this also includes any event-related setting outside the organization, such as during road trips, business meetings, coronations, fundraising activities and other social events.

Reporting an Incident of Harassment, Discrimination or Retaliation:

The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) encourages reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination, harassment or retaliation, regardless of the offender's identity or position in the organization. Individuals who believe that they have been the victim of such conduct should discuss their concerns with The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) Board of Directors and complete an incident report; a detailed accounting of the incident within forty-five (45) days. See the Complaint Procedure described in the next section. In addition, The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) encourages individuals who
believe they are being subjected to such conduct promptly to advise the offender
that his or her behavior is unwelcome and request that it be discontinued immediately. Often this action alone will resolve the problem. The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc.(ISCSORE, Inc.) recognizes, however, that an individual may prefer to pursue the matter through a ISCSORE, Inc. formal complaint procedure. ISCSORE, Inc. shall adhere to the By-Laws and Codes of Conduct that describes
the due process and procedure for such violations of the Non-Discrimination Harassment and Retaliation Policy.

Complaint Procedure:

Individuals who believe they have been the victims of conduct prohibited by this policy statement or believe they have witnessed such conduct should discuss their concerns with the any Board Member. The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) encourages the prompt reporting (within 45 days) of complaints or concerns so that rapid and constructive action can be taken before relationships become irreparably strained. Therefore, the 45-day reporting period has been established, early reporting and intervention have proven to be the most effective method of resolving actual or perceived incidents of harassment and
discrimination. Any reported allegations of harassment, discrimination or retaliation will be investigated promptly. The investigation may include individual interviews with the parties involved and, where necessary, with individuals who may have observed the alleged conduct or may have other relevant knowledge.

Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the investigatory process to the extent consistent with adequate investigation and appropriate corrective action. Retaliation against an individual for reporting harassment or discrimination or for participating in an
investigation of a claim of harassment or discrimination is a serious violation of this policy and, like harassment or discrimination itself, will be subject to disciplinary action. Acts of retaliation should be reported immediately and will be promptly investigated and addressed.

Misconduct constituting harassment, discrimination or retaliation will be dealt with
appropriately. Responsive action may include, for example, training, referral to counseling and/or disciplinary action such as warnings, reprimands, temporary or permanent withdrawal of titles, censure, member suspension or termination of membership, as The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) believes appropriate under the circumstances.

Notwithstanding, ISCSORE, Inc., independent due process to remedy violation(s)
of the Non-Discrimination Policy or prevent any future violation(s) of the Non Discrimination Policy, the complainant may also choose to exercise his/her rights under federal state, or local non-discrimination laws to resolve their reported complainant or alleged violation(s) of discrimination or harassment. False and malicious complaints of harassment, discrimination or retaliation (as opposed to complaints that, even if
erroneous, are made in good faith) may be the subject of appropriate disciplinary action.

Conclusion:

The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) has developed this policy to ensure that each individual, all ISCSORE, Inc. members, monarchs, titleholders, imperial family members, contractors, and designated representatives can participate in an environment free from unlawful harassment, discrimination and retaliation. The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all concerned are familiar with these policies and aware that any complaint in violation of such policies will be investigated and resolved appropriately. Any member who has any questions or concerns about these policies should talk with any member of the Board of Directors of The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE,Inc.) Finally, these policies should not, and may not, be used as a basis for excluding or separating individuals of a particular race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, gender, s*xual orientation, transgender, gender identity, age, social-economic status, ancestry, marital status, disability, veteran or draft status; or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws, from participating in business or work-related social activities or discussions.

In other words, no one should make the mistake of engaging in discrimination or
exclusion in order to avoid allegations of harassment. The law and the policies of
The Imperial Court of Seattle, Inc. (ISCSORE, Inc.) prohibit disparate treatment on
the basis of s*x or any other protected characteristic, with regard to terms, conditions, privileges and prerequisites of membership. The prohibitions against harassment, discrimination and retaliation are intended to complement and further those policies, not to form the basis of an exception to them. Terms Claimant for the purpose of this policy only means that allegation of a violation of discrimination, harassment or
retaliation. Respondent for the purpose of this policy only means that an allegation has been reported for a violation of discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation and an investigation has been opened.

As of February 22, 2026, Mr. Golliet has resigned from the ISCSORE.

Mr. Golliet has resigned from ISCSORE, and has requested that all history of his
reign and participation in the ISCSORE organization be scrubbed from our website
and court page, and will not be presented as a titled court member at any
future coronations within the ICS realm.

The Board of Directors and the Dean of the College acknowledged this request
from Mr. Golliet, have accepted it, and consider this matter closed.
