We're so excited to be working with the Everett Public Library!

Our first workshop, Dance: Can Exercise Be Self-Expression? will be at the Evergreen Branch on November 13 from 11am-12pm. Using familiar movement patterns found in exercise classes, combined with varying tempos, participants will connect with their core, explore reach and grounding, and engage with the music. All levels of fitness and mobility are welcome.

This program is funded by the Overstreet Fund.
