TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) isn’t just a business competition. It’s a launchpad where future CEOs and tech innovators are born. Teams from TYE Seattle have won the Global Championship for the last 3 years.
Over 8 months, high school students across the Greater Seattle area move from raw ideas to building real startup ventures—learning to validate problems, prototype MVPs, leverage modern AI tools, and pitch before seasoned investors and executives.

What makes TYE transformative:
💡 Real-World Entrepreneurship: Customer discovery, business modeling, unit economics, and pitch storytelling.
🧠 Essential Life Skills: Thinking from first principles, working backwards, and turning ambiguity into impact.
🤝 1:1 Executive Mentorship: Guidance from 30+ tech leaders, startup founders, and executives.
🏆 Real Stakes: Compete for cash prizes, with top teams advancing to the Global Championship.

A heartfelt thank you to Vamshi Reddy for graciously opening his home and welcoming such a fantastic gathering. The evening brought together TiE Charter Members and a wonderful mix of professionals from across the Seattle tech ecosystem, including Microsoft, Google, CoreWeave, GoDaddy, Amazon, and more.
