WarriorStrong Warrior Strong will positively inspire veterans to improve physical & mental health!

Warrior Strong is to be an adaptive workout facility that would offer veterans four core services: an adaptive facility with fitness and sports programming geared toward disabled veterans with on staff physical therapy professionals for amputee veterans. The facility will offer cost free Personal Training Certifications through AFAA or NASM on a quarterly basis as a means to empower vets strugglin

g to find their way in the work force. Warrior Strong will offer on staff one-on-one and group mental health counseling and workshops to ground and balance veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress. Finally and probably the most important offering, aside from the benefits of occupational and mental health therapy and a facility to workout in, Warrior Strong will offer the most beneficial and intangible item of all, which is a center for networking and socialization with like-minded warriors that can share their experiences and offer a comfortable environment rarely obtainable in the private sector.

We honor the brave service members who fought for freedom in Normandy, France, 82 years ago. Their sacrifice and courage continue to inspire us. The Normandy landings were the landing operations and associated airborne operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 of the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord during World War II. Codenamed Operation Neptune and often referred to as D-Day, it was the largest seaborne invasion in history.
