Pace Center for Girls, Citrus Pace provides girls an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, and training.

Pace is a nonprofit organization that has served more than 40,000 girls since 1985. We believe all girls, regardless of their story, deserve a safe and supportive space where they can become strong, compassionate, and successful women. Pace combines education, counseling, and life skills coaching for girls in middle and high school at no cost. Our year-round academics and mental health supports wo

rk hand-in-hand to achieve a holistic and comprehensive path to success. The Pace Reach Program provides therapy where you are, offering social, emotional, and behavioral health and case management services for girls ages 11-17 and their families at no cost. Reach helps girls build relationships, learn communication skills, build positive coping skills, improve grades and more from the comfort of familiar places

Pace Center for Girls receives support from the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice.

After three incredibly meaningful years serving the Pace Citrus community, I am transitioning to a new role with Pace Center for Girlsโ€™ National Office.

It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to work alongside our girls, families, staff, community partners, donors, and advocates in support of Paceโ€™s mission. Together, weโ€™ve celebrated growth, overcome challenges, and created opportunities for young women to discover their strength, confidence, and potential.

To our girls: thank you for inspiring me every single day with your resilience, courage, and determination. Watching you grow has been a privilege I will always carry with me.

To our families, community leaders, supporters, and partners: thank you for believing in our girls and investing in their futures. Your support has made a lasting impact on countless lives and helped strengthen the Pace Citrus community in so many meaningful ways.
While I am excited for this next chapter, Pace Citrus will always hold a special place in my heart. I have full confidence that the incredible foundation built by this community will continue to grow and thrive under new leadership.

Thank you for the trust, support, and memories over these past three years. I am deeply grateful to have been part of such an extraordinary community.

Life is sweeter when you celebrate success!

Our annual End of Year Awards Ceremony was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of sweet treats as we honored our Pace girls with candy-themed superlatives. Each award reflected the personality, strengths, and achievements that make our students shine.

Congratulations to all of our girls for a fantastic year of growth and accomplishment. We can't wait to see what you'll achieve next!

Pace Citrus girls kicked off summer programming in true Florida fashion with a โ€œDress Like a Touristโ€ day! ๐ŸŒดโ˜€๏ธ From sunglasses and sun hats to tropical shirts and cameras, our girls embraced the fun while celebrating one of Floridaโ€™s most important industries, tourism. Check out the creativity on these girls and staff.
