🎄 Volunteer Opportunity: Christmas Bag Assembly with SCI Phoenix Residents 🎄

We’re excited to announce a unique volunteer opportunity to assemble Christmas Bags inside SCI Phoenix with the residents (inmates).

📅 Date: Friday, December 19th
🕠 Time: Approximately 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
📍 Location: SCI Phoenix
👥 Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Must be off parole and/or probation

Over 160 volunteers visit men and women housed in correctional facilities, help build care packages, and lead bible studies on a monthly basis teaching, training, mentoring, and preparing men and women for life outside of prison.

Do you have a gift in art, music or theater? Liberty Ministries is looking for volunteers that have a talent or gift that could make a difference behind the prison walls. A big part of recovery and reentry is the opportunity to replace old habits and behaviors with new passions and interests. But what if you are not sure that you have a passion, talent or skill? LCBC, of Harleysville, helped assemble 820 Lydia bags for Bucks County Correctional Facility in 2.5 hours! Way to go team! Please pray for the men and women that receive these gifts of hygiene and the Gospel that they would realize and accept the everlasting, redemptive, love of Jesus Christ.
