A Different Thread is a transatlantic duo weaving Old World folk traditions with contemporary Americana storytelling, led by Alicia Best from North Carolina and UK-born Robert Jackson. Formed busking in Ireland and shaped by years on the road, their harmony-driven songs carry bittersweet nostalgia, community healing, and an underlying sense of hope.

Khallori is a 23-year-old Chapel Hill based singer songwriter. Her music draws from the simultaneous comfort and pain of nostalgia, the confusion of growing up and the beauty of all relationships.

Joy Burklund (she/her) is a trans songstress, performer, filmmaker, and theater artist living on unceded lands of the Lenni-Lenape, also known as Philadelphia. In Songbouquet, her debut album hailed as ā€œIrresistibleā€ by PopMatters, joy harkens to the style, strength, and confident femininity of divas both pop and alt (CĆ©line, Alanis, Nina, Patti) while bringing her own sultry snarl, and knack for cheeky storytelling. Drawing from an expansive stylistic palette, joy blends punk grit and folk softness to tell her story of transformative q***r love.

Planning on coming to the show tomorrow but didn't buy tickets online yet? Good news - some tickets will be available at the entrances tomorrow night after 5:30pm.

We are SOLD OUT of tickets online for tomorrow night's show (8/29)! We will have a small handful of tickets at the entrances- we recommend getting here early to secure those tickets as tickets at the entrances usually sell out.
