Lieutenant Jan sat too close to Ducky and woke her up from her nap so Ducky bit her on the butt. Jan popped her on the head and Ducky absolutely lost it. She’s not even yelling at Jan, she’s just screaming at the whole room so everybody knows to give her space. 🤣

There is no reason your neighbors should have to worry about being attacked or their property being damaged at their own homes!!! People can legally shoot your dog in their yard too!!! If you aren't going to take care of your pets, don't have them!!!!

🚨 I DESPERATELY NEED HELP WITH SPAY & NEUTER COSTS! 🚨

My neuter clinic closed down and the cheapest option I’ve been able to find is $140 per cat for neutering/spaying and vaccinations, I have to pay extra for microchipping and will have to go to a regular vet for any treatment the cats may need.

I currently have 12 kittens in my rescue and 5 feral adult cats that have shown up who still need to be neutered. I had them all scheduled for surgery but when the clinic shut down obviously all of those appointments were canceled.

For all these cats, that's going to cost me around $3,000!!! I'm spending $1,000 each month on cat food plus dewormers, flea meds, etc and I can't afford these surgeries! The clinic I was using was free with donations encouraged.

For years I used Burlington Animal Services, where spay/neuter surgeries were only $10–$20 per cat. Unfortunately, their program now only allows one cat every four months and ear tipping is mandatory. I’m not comfortable ear tipping friendly pet cats because if they ever get loose that permanent mark will cause someone to assume they are feral or part of a managed colony. Ear tipping friendly cats is not safe!!

This is the reason I cannot help any new cats right now. The cats I currently have cannot be placed for adoption until they are vaccinated and spayed or neutered, which means they continue taking up foster space while more animals are waiting for help!

If you’re able to donate toward their surgeries, any amount helps! Getting these cats fully vetted means they can finally become adoption-ready and it opens space for me to start helping more animals who desperately need somewhere to go!

Get your tissues ready! This is a sad story! 💔

I originally learned about Tigger, the 25 lb kitty after a volunteer saw him at the shelter and posted about him. Now that its Monday I was able to get more information from a friend who works at the shelter.

💔These cats were NOT intentionally abandoned like I was told. One of their owners passed away and her husband has now been permanently hospitalized because he has dementia. With no one left to care for them, Animal Control had to remove the cats from their apartment and take them to the shelter.

Tigger is the big 25 lb boy. His sister, Ginger is only 9 lbs but they are littermates and have been together their entire lives. They also lived with Bagheera, a 3-year-old female.

Because of the circumstances involving their owner being hospitalized, they legally cannot leave the shelter until October 12th "in case he wants to pick the cats up". We all know he will not be going to get them but laws are laws and we have to follow them.

These cats lost their entire world through circumstances completely out of their control. They are heartbroken, confused and scared. They don't know what's happening or why. Now they need someone willing to give them the security, love, and a home they deserve. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SEPARATE TIGGER AND GINGER!!!! After losing their home and parents, they only have each other!! Keeping these siblings together would mean everything!

Please share so Tigger, Ginger, and Bagheera have a chance at a happy ending and especially so Tigger and Ginger can stay together. ❤️

🚨🚨 PLEASE SHARE TO HELP LIEUTENANT JAN FIND HER FOREVER HOME! 🚨🚨

Before she was even 8 weeks old, Jan suffered a serious spinal injury that left her with permanent nerve damage. She still can’t walk on her back her back legs but she can move them. This girl ZOOMS around the house, climbs everything like a little monkey and doesn’t let anything slow her down!

Jan does not need any more surgeries and is not on any medication.

There isn’t a shy bone in this girl’s body! She absolutely loves people, other cats, and dogs. She’s also very talkative and has plenty to say!

Jan uses the litter box and has never had an issue with urinating outside of it. Because of her nerve damage, she can’t always control her bowel movements, so she does occasionally have #2 accidents.

I TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) feral cats and I save a lot of animals from shelter and stray life! This boy's name is Tigger. His sister is Ginger, they were born from the same litter and lived with a 3 year old female cat named Bagheera. I added their pictures. It would be best to keep Ginger and Tigger together. PLEASE DO NOT SPLIT THEM UP!!!

WOBBLY KITTEN LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME!!

Katie’s brother was adopted back in July, but sweet Katie is still waiting for her forever home. ❤️

Katie is not able to walk but she doesn’t let that stop her! She gets around all by herself, uses the litter box independently, and eats and drinks without any help. She enjoys both wet and dry food.

Katie is incredibly sweet, loves to snuggle, and absolutely loves other cats. She’s ready for someone to finally see just how special she is and give her the home she deserves. 🐾
Katie is about 6 months old, severe CH, spayed and vaccinated.
