🚨 AMERICA NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING WITHIN THE HORSE SLAUGHTER PIPELINE. 🚨

A HUGE thank you to Glen Walker and FOX 11 Los Angeles for interviewing our incredible friends and partners Tawnee Preisner, founder of Horse Plus Humane Society, and Dawn Olivieri, actress from Lioness and founder of Moon Mountain Sanctuary & Rescue. 🐴🇺🇸

We are SO proud of these two women for speaking up and helping bring national attention to what we are uncovering together.

Only 0.4% of America’s horse population is shipped into the slaughter pipeline — yet as we’ve looked deeper into the networks surrounding this trade, much bigger concerns have emerged, including documented cases involving human smuggling, drug trafficking and cartel activity, as well as serious border security and biosecurity concerns.

THIS IS NO LONGER JUST ABOUT HORSES.

America deserves to know what is really happening within this largely hidden pipeline.

Thank you FOX 11 LA and Glen Walker for covering this story and helping bring it to the American public. 🙏🇺🇸

And Dawn & Tawnee — WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU! ❤️🐴

🚨 BREAKING — MEXICO RE-OPENS BORDERS TO HORSES 🚨

Mexico is now accepting U.S. horses for “reproduction, sport, exhibition, work and transit” under new New World screwworm biosecurity requirements.

⚠️BUT HORSES INTENDED FOR SLAUGHTER REMAIN PROHIBITED FROM EXPORT TO MEXICO FROM ALL U.S. STATES⚠️

🚨This means HEIGHTENED VIGILANCE is critical.🚨

👉With legitimate horse traffic moving across the border again, authorities must be able to identify and investigate suspected slaughter-bound shipments.

👆👆LOOK AT THIS DIAGRAM.

Potential warning signs may include:
🔴 Large groups of horses loose in stock trailers
🔴 No halters
🔴 Auction stickers still attached
🔴 Injured or distressed horses
🔴 Welfare concerns during transport

But identification shouldn’t stop there:

🔴 CHECK THE HORSES
🔴 CHECK THE PAPERWORK
🔴 CHECK THE DECLARED PURPOSE
🔴 CHECK THE ROUTE & DESTINATION

The slaughter pipeline cannot be allowed to hide behind a different declared purpose or a different trailer.

📌 Slaughter-bound horses remain prohibited from export to Mexico.

This is the time for MORE vigilance, MORE enforcement and continued attention in Washington.

KEEP WATCHING. KEEP DOCUMENTING. KEEP THE HORSES VISIBLE.
