📣 WALTON COUNTY: HELP US DOCUMENT THE FULL IMPACT

As power and internet service are restored throughout our area, we’re sharing the county’s damage surveys again. If you were affected by the storm and haven’t already completed the appropriate survey, please take a few minutes to do so.

🏠 Reporting damage to your home or business is important, but please include other ways the storm affected you, too.

🥫 Even if you only had debris in your yard, but lost food in your refrigerator or freezer because the power was out, include those details in the “Additional Narrative” question. Explain what happened, how long you were without power, and how your household was affected.

✅ ALREADY RESOLVED? PLEASE STILL REPORT IT.
Even if your power is back on, debris has been cleared, repairs have been completed, or you’ve replaced the food you lost, please complete the survey if you haven’t already. We want to document what you experienced, not just the problems that remain today.

Accurate reports help local officials document what Walton County experienced and give state and federal partners, including FEMA, a clearer picture of the storm’s impact on our community.

💚 Please share, especially with neighbors who are just getting power and internet back. Your experience matters!
