WaterColor Community Homeowners Association This page is for the homeowners of WaterColor, FL, and is monitored during business hours M-F.

WaterColor is a community of unparalleled quality and beauty, located on Northwest Florida's pristine Gulf Coast. WaterColor features many distinct, yet interconnected neighborhoods with gorgeous views of the sugar white beaches and other natural surroundings. We are also proud to host, www.mywatercolorcommunity.com, a valuable amenity to the WaterColor Association. The community intranet provides residents with a wealth of online services and opportunities. 📣Good News - Amenities Update!

🏊Camp WaterColor is now open and ready to welcome guests. Thank you for your patience as we open the pools in phases: the Kiddie Pool is open; we expect the Lazy River to open at Noon, but the Main Pool will remain closed while we repair the pump.

⛱The Main Pool at the Beach Club is now open, but the Infinity and Kiddie Pools will remain closed until we finish refilling.

🎾The Tennis Center will reopen at Noon today.

🚶Beach access remains available via all access points except the ADA ramp at the Van Ness Access and the Universal Boardwalk on the west side of the Beach Club. Our Engineer closed these ramps for safety reasons, and they need repair.

WaterColor Community Update as of October 12th:

💡Power Restored, Operations Update

As of early this morning, power has been restored throughout WaterColor, including the Beach Club. The HOA already has maintenance on site, beginning work to fill and treat the pools.

📍Camp WaterColor is also in the final stages of preparing to open, hopefully later today.

📍Work at the Marina and satellite pools will follow Beach Club and Camp. The Tennis Center remains closed until hurricane debris is cleared and the courts are repaired.

📍We are tremendously grateful to the emergency services workers who helped to restore power.

It has been nearly 48 hours since Hurricane Isaias made landfall in Santa Rose Beach. Chelco has restored power to most of WaterColor, but as of this writing, Phase I, including the Beach Club and Marina Pool, is without power. Internet service is also down.

As of 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 11th, we can share:

AMENITY REOPENINGS

📍We anticipate a delayed opening for Camp WaterColor on Monday, October 12th. Our team is currently treating and filling the pools. The main pool at Camp will remain closed while we replace the pump.

📍The Beach Club is a high priority to reopen once power is restored. Without power, we cannot operate pool pumps and treat the pools. When it reopens, Food & Beverage offerings will be limited.

📍Marina Pool and our satellite pools will reopen after Camp and Beach Club reopens. Before reopening, we will need to refill and treat these pools.

📍Beach access is currently available to owners and guests via all access points except at the Beach Club. Please do not use the ADA ramp at the Van Ness Access or the Universal Boardwalk on the west side of the Beach Club. Our Engineer closed these ramps for safety reasons, and they need repair.

📍The Tennis Center is without power, has several trees down, and will remain closed.

TRASH COLLECTION

📍Trash collection has resumed, but only in limited capacity. Owners and guests may place trash in the curbside bins and raise the flag to signal it's ready for pickup.

WaterColor's team has worked nonstop since the hurricane hit to make this update meaningful and possible, as they navigated damage, power loss, and post-hurricane recovery themselves. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we navigate the hurricane recovery.🩵

Dear WaterColor Community & Guests,

Power is currently being restored to portions of WaterColor. We continue to monitor Chelco’s power restoration as it progresses throughout the community.

WaterColor’s staff and vendors continue cleanup efforts. We are pleased to report that our amenities have escaped significant damage, but cleanup is substantial. We have brought in as many staff members as possible to help with cleanup.

Once power is restored to our amenities, we will treat and refill the pools, bringing us one step closer to reopening.

In the meantime, we will resume trash collection today. We have limited crews on site to help.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’ll share an update as soon as possible on reopening our amenities.

UPDATE: 5 pm, October 10th:

An email communication was sent to all WaterColor owners with an update on the community’s recovery efforts. Please check your email for communication from the HOA.

WaterColor Community currently has crews on-site assisting with clearing roadways and storm debris. Our management team is assessing storm damage at our amenities and throughout the community.

We will continue to monitor outages and will share an announcement about the reopening of our amenities as the situation evolves.

🌀IMPORTANT WATERCOLOR COMMUNITY UPDATE REGARDING HURRICANE ISAIAS:

🚧WaterColor's amenities (Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and Tennis Center), the HOA Office, and satellite pools will close at noon today, October 8th. Our staff has begun securing the properties for the impending storm. Trolley and trash service will also be suspended

🛡Your WaterColor Security Team will be on-site and available 24/7 via phone or text at (850) 685-6362.

We will reopen our amenities as soon as the storm clears and we assess the properties.

We have also decided to cancel Sunday's Fall Festival. We will share a rescheduling announcement at a later date.

Thank you for your understanding. We hope everyone is prepared and STAYS SAFE over the next couple of days.

🪷Yoga in the Park returns on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. in Marina Park. Our yoga classes are open to all of 30A.

🧘‍♀️No need to register in advance; you can pay the $20 class fee to the instructor on-site. Bring a mat if you have one!
