Happy Friday! 👋🏼 This week’s featured agent is the ‘Coastal King’ Nevan Farias of Northwest FL on 30A!

Nevan grew up in Central Texas & spent most of his life there before moving to Florida (30A) at 21. He took his first trip to the Emerald Coast in 2013, & something about the beaches, the lifestyle & the energy of the area stuck with him. After years of visiting, Nevan & his family finally decided to invest in property, eventually making the full-time move in 2021.
