Tickets are in section 107 and are $70 each. The LA Iowa Club is organizing a group outing to the LA Sparks vs. Indiana Fever basketball game on Wednesday, July 8th at 7pm at Crypto.com Arena, downtown LA. ARE YOU INTERESTED IN JOINING?

We are using a Google form to determine the volume of interest we have in the club to attend this game so we know how many tickets to place on hold with a deposit. This is not an order form, but please ONLY express interest if you are fairly confident in your ability to attend. The Tickets would be on the baseline on the Fever side of the court in Sections 106 or 107. Price is $70 for group sales. This is a HUGE discount on the single ticket pricing in these sections. Come out and start your day supporting the 1500 runners and walkers who are participating to benefit the public school programs. Get an Iowa Hat when you volunteer. Sign up with the link and then send our club a message to let us know you are joining us.

April 25, 2026 — Hawkeye Day of Service — JOIN US in El Segundo.
Join Hawkeyes worldwide for a unified day of volunteerism! The LA Iowa Club will be volunteering to support the El Segundo PTA Run For Education as our 2026 Day of Service project.
The event needs many volunteers to stand at the corners of the closed intersections, to monitor safety, ensure the street barriers stay in place and of course cheer on all the runners!! Come represent Iowa volunteerism and support this public school fundraiser. Here’s the scoop: Sign up for a corner at the link below. Volunteers must be at their assigned corner that morning BY 7am and will remain there until approx. 9:30 am. Check in and volunteer shirt pickup is at 6:30 am or can be done the Thurs/Friday afternoon before the race.

is playing at USC this weekend. Let’s give them a solid Los Angeles greeting. Games are played at Dedeaux Field at USC. Admissions is free, all seats are general admission. Game times: Friday 7pm, Saturday 2pm, Sunday 1pm. Hope to see many Hawkeyes there to cheer them on!!

Iowa Baseball is coming to LA this week to play USC in three games; Friday 7pm, Saturday 2pm, and Sunday 1pm. Games are played at the newly remodeled USC Dedeaux Stadium. All tickets are free and general admission. Let’s show our boys some Hawkeye support!!!

Huge congratulations to Los Angeles Iowa Club member, alum, and Hawkeye Water Polo standout Nolan Barnett for being named to the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Big Ten Division First Team! 🏆
We are incredibly proud to see one of our own representing the Black and Gold —and Los Angeles—with such hard work. Nolan’s dedication to the sport and the University of Iowa is paying off in a big way.
