Future Leaders California Future Leaders California provides a holistic transformation by fostering positive educational and community-based development.

Through Future Leaders California, teens and young adults are exposed to resources, experiences, and opportunities designed to guide them into their professional lives. Our team works actively to locate and provide the necessary tools for success. We offer mentorship to at-promise youth. Through our programs, we encourage the pursuit of education, building leadership skills, involvement with commu

nity improvement and development, creating personal branding, and learning how to have self confidence and awareness as they grow into tomorrow’s leaders. With our teens and young adults whom are interested in continued education, we extend a hand to offer support and mentorship through college admissions, financial aid, and scholarships. We instill leadership, personal branding, and self-advocacy into our teens and young adults through one-on-one and group mentoring within our various programs. FLC works directly with other organizations such as 400 Years of African American Commission, Youth Courts, Museum of Tolerance, and partnerships with local municipalities to establish superlative community relations. Our goal is to create a network of young adults throughout California and nationally to foster skills in the next generation of leaders utilizing our core tenets of responsible leadership, public speaking, positive and effective communication, and professional development and collaboration.

We are so honored to announce that we have officially completed the JCOD Incubation Academy! 🎉

Over the last 12 weeks, our team has been diving deep into organizational growth, mentorship, and capacity building designed specifically for grassroots, community-rooted organizations in LA County.

As an organization led by individuals with lived experience and deep ties to the communities we serve, this experience has equipped us to break through funding barriers, strengthen our infrastructure, and scale our impact where it’s needed most.

We are immensely proud to join an incredible alumni network that has secured over $120 million in grant funding for high-need areas across the county! 💼✨

Next up: 6 months of executive coaching to keep the momentum going strong.
