SACRED offers three mentorship pathways to support participants at different stages of their STEM journey:
✨ Mentorship Activated by SACNISTAs (M.A.S.)
🪶 I'm SACRED (Indigenous Mentorship)
🔬 Research Education & Development (R.E.D)

Mentored students reportedly pursue graduate degrees more often than students without mentoring support and are more likely to be retained in STEM. For the past 50 years, SACNAS has focused on providing mentorship experiences for historically excluded populations.
