💙 Honoring Leadership, Service, and Community!

Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the Santa Clarita Task Force on Homelessness for its continued dedication to addressing homelessness in our community.

We are especially grateful to Chair Scott Stratton and Vice Chair Councilwoman Marsha McLean for their years of leadership, compassion, and commitment to making Santa Clarita a stronger community for everyone.

Family Promise was honored to share the work we are doing to help families move from housing crisis to stability, with Stephanie Jacobo and Jennifer Hastings representing our organization.

Real change happens when a community comes together. Thank you to everyone working toward a future where every family has a safe place to call home.

Get Ready to Make a Difference, Santa Clarita!
October 24 is almost here, and we couldn't be more excited!

We are truly honored that Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley was chosen as one of 24 projects for the City of Santa Clarita's 4th Annual Make a Difference Day!

Our hearts are full of gratitude for a city and community that continue to show up for families in need. What may seem like a simple improvement to a property can mean so much more to the families who call it home.

A HUGE thank you to the City of Santa Clarita and the incredible volunteers who are making this possible!

Finishing our final day at the Family Promise National Conference with full hearts and so much to take home with us.

We came ready to learn, and we are leaving inspired, encouraged, and reminded why this work matters so much.

You matter. We matter. I matter.

Every family deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and loved. We’ve learned so much these past few days, connected with incredible people from across the country, and gathered new ideas that we can’t wait to bring home to Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley.

The conference may be ending, but the work—and the hope—continue.

Tomorrow’s promise starts with what we do today.

DAY 3: LEARNING, GROWING & BUILDING HOPE!

Day 3 has been filled with inspiration, new ideas, and incredible opportunities to learn! We're excited to bring this wealth of knowledge back to Santa Clarita to strengthen the work we do for families in need.

A huge THANK YOU to Clayton for its incredible partnership with Family Promise through the A Future Begins at Home initiative! Together, this partnership has helped more than 25,000 families, provided millions in grants, and donated 20 transitional homes. What an amazing impact!

We are grateful to be surrounded by people and partners who share our passion for keeping families together.

We're heading home with fresh ideas, renewed inspiration, and even bigger dreams for Santa Clarita!
