Happy Friday, community! 💕 We’re back with another wonderful therapist highlight! ✨
Angela Reid is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with private practice offices in Lompoc and Solvang, CA. She graduated with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara, in 2021. Angela works with children, teens, and adults, as well as couples. Angela takes a collaborative, integrative, and compassionate approach. She utilizes a number of evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual, such as CBT and psychodynamic, paired with somatic work. She is passionate about supporting her clients, and providing a confidential safe space that allows them to explore their inner and outer worlds, free of judgment and expectations, so that they may live a rich and meaningful life. ✨ Therapist Highlight: Sherrie Mondello! ✨

Today we’re celebrating another amazing therapist in our community.

Sherrie recently took her licensing exam and passed with flying colors! 🎉 We are exceptionally proud of her and so excited to celebrate this incredible milestone in her journey as a therapist!

Sherrie works with couples and individuals navigating codependency, anxiety, life and family transitions, and exploitative relationships in work, home, and intimate contexts. Her integrative, trauma-informed approach blends attachment-based, somatic, CBT, and nervous-system-mapping interventions.
