To feel more ease, try these simple practices kids do with Kind Mind SB in classrooms.
1. Stretch your arms up as you inhale, and slowly lower your arms as you exhale.
2. Balance on one foot, rooted to the ground and growing branches like a tree.
3. Close your eyes, and see if you can touch your pointer fingers above your head.
