197 NAC Scholars join the legacy! The Class of 2026 earned $6.5 million in scholarships and grants with 84% headed to 4-year universities. Incredible! 🎓

These are students who were told, in a hundred quiet ways, that college wasn’t for people like them. That the odds were too steep… and they climbed anyway! Somewhere along the way, a tutor stayed late. A school counselor made a call. A teacher said I see you. Two co-founders believed before there was anything yet to believe in.

Dr. Henry T. Nicholas, III turned a dream into a $62.2 million investment! Not in a building, not in a brand, but in people right here in Santa Ana! All part of the radical idea that where you come from doesn’t have to determine where you’re going.

Judge Mandel used to say his life was guided by tikkun olam, the philosophy of repairing the world. He spent decades doing exactly that, from the courtroom to the classroom, mentoring students before there was a building, or a budget.

To the families that were in that room on June 6th, the parents who worked double shifts, the abuelas who prayed, the siblings who watched and quietly decided they’d follow…this is yours too!
