Yesterday, on the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary, Kylie passed away after battling Rhabdomyosarcoma. Please keep the McMullen family in your thoughts and prayers.

May the Blessed Mother lead Kylie into the loving arms of our Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, and may she surround Kylie's parents and siblings with a motherly embrace.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord.

It is with broken hearts that we share that Kylie passed away peacefully at 12:07 a.m.

She fought with incredible strength, but she was tired. We are grateful that she was comfortable, surrounded by love, and able to peacefully go home.

Thank you to everyone who has loved Kylie, prayed for her, visited her, supported our family, and walked alongside us. We have felt that love every step of the way.

Please continue to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we begin to navigate life without our beautiful girl.

Ashley made an extraordinary effort to provide the McMullen Family with lifelong memories they'll cherish forever. With very little notice, she was incredibly flexible and generous, willing to make the photo session work during a busy holiday weekend because it was her only availability. Absolutely the most important aspect of the mission of Jennie's Home is to bring families facing pediatric cancer closer to God and stronger in their faith amidst the unimaginable trials they're facing. Thankfully, He sent us Côr Ministries PGH.
They are tailoring their beautiful "Retreat in a Box" to the Jennie's Home families on their Getaway Trips. The boxes include heart-felt talks and reflections, faith-centered activities for the kids and the family as a whole, personalized treats, and so much more. The Holy Spirit is truly at work in this and we are unbelievably excited for this partnership! Their passion for helping families thrive and sanctifying marriage and family life, in all its difficulties and beauty, is so evident in their ministry.
