Vibrant Green for Vibrant Peace was created to help reduce the effects of crime, gang activity, and recidivism by positively impacting the lives of at-risk youth, and troubled adults.

THOUSANDS TURN OUT FOR VIEJITOS CAR CLUB’S ANNUAL TRUNK-N-TREAT HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION!

What an incredible day of community, generosity, and unforgettable memories in San Bernardino County!

The VIEJITOS Car Club San Bernardino County Trunk-N-Treat Halloween Celebration brought together thousands of children and families for an exciting day filled with Halloween festivities, community spirit, and buckets overflowing with candy!

Making the celebration even more special, R&B recording artist Shaolin Masala, Walmart, Eugene Weems, Dream Builders Youth Foundation, Vibrant Green for Vibrant Peace (VG4VP), Tri State Community Health Care, Vernon Dental, and superstar joined forces to give back to the community, distributing several thousand Halloween goodie bags to children and families in attendance.

This extraordinary collaboration demonstrated what can happen when organizations, community leaders, and entertainers unite with one common purpose: bringing joy to children, supporting families, and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

CALIFORNIA, WE HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP OUR STATE RUNNING CAN BARELY AFFORD TO KEEP THEIR OWN HOUSEHOLDS RUNNING!

WORKING HARD SHOULD BUILD A FUTURE — NOT LEAVE YOU FIGHTING TO SURVIVE!-FACTS!!!

Today, I stood shoulder to shoulder with SEIU Local 1000 workers in San Bernardino, supporting their fight for fair wages, affordable healthcare, and better working conditions.

These are the people who show up every day to serve our communities. Yet too many hardworking families are being pushed to their financial limits by the rising cost of living.

LET ME GET ONE THING STRAIGHT:

Workers shouldn’t have to choose between paying rent, buying groceries, or getting medical care. And they shouldn’t have to beg for wages that reflect the value of their work.

THIS IS BIGGER THAN A PAYCHECK. THIS IS ABOUT HUMAN DIGNITY!

I didn’t show up for a photo opportunity. I showed up because I believe leadership means standing beside people when their voices deserve to be heard.

SO NOW I’M CALLING ON OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND STATE LEADERS: LISTEN TO THESE WORKERS. NEGOTIATE IN GOOD FAITH. MAKE SOME REAL CHANGES!

And to our communities: Don’t just scroll past their struggle. Speak up, share their message, and stand with the people who serve us every day!

BECAUSE A STATE CANNOT CALL ITSELF PROSPEROUS WHILE THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP IT RUNNING ARE STRUGGLING TO SURVIVE.
