Bishop Street Recovery Ranch Changing men's lives one life at a time through Jesus Christ! My life was a life lived with wrong motives and a hunger for "things" for about 47 years.

I have had all kinds of money, women, drugs, and possessions. I continued to searched for peace and freedom only to find myself locked up more than once. I spent a stretch in solitary confinement and met face to face with The Savior. I thank God today for allowing me that time of solitude to learn of a life I had only dreamed of prior to that. I have discovered the only way out of that old life is

to allow Jesus to fill my life today with His Word and His Ways. This Ministry is totally sold out for Christ and finding our identity in Him!

🎣🐟 A Blessed Evening of Fellowship at Glen Meadows Baptist Church 🐟🎣

The men from Bishop Street Recovery Ranch had a wonderful time attending the fish fry hosted by Glen Meadows Baptist Church. We are grateful for the warm welcome, great food, and genuine fellowship shared throughout the evening.

Events like these are a reminder that recovery is not meant to be walked alone. Being surrounded by a loving church community encourages, strengthens, and reminds us that God is continually working in our lives. We are thankful for churches that open their doors and hearts to those seeking restoration and a closer walk with Christ.

“And let us consider one another in order to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other.” — Hebrews 10:24-25

Our mission is to provide a faith-based, Christ-centered environment where men can find healing, hope, and freedom from addiction through the power of Jesus Christ. Here, broken lives are rebuilt, purpose is rediscovered, and true transformation begins.

This powerful reminder of Jesus and the crown of thorns shows the sacrifice He willingly made for us all. Through the pain, rejection, and suffering, He chose love. He chose grace. He chose the cross so we could have hope, freedom, and new life.

At Bishop Street Recovery Ranch, we believe no life is too broken for God to restore. The same Savior who carried the cross still carries us through our struggles today.

In a world full of confusion and distractions, John 14:6 reminds us that Jesus is not just a way… He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. When we follow Him, we find direction for our steps, truth for our hearts, and hope for our future.

At Bishop Street Recovery Ranch, healing comes in all shapes and sizes — and sometimes with four paws and a wagging tail. 🐾

Our Toy Australian Shepherds love spending time with the residents, bringing comfort, companionship, and plenty of smiles along the way. Whether it’s during fellowship, Bible study, or just relaxing together, these pups have become a special part of the therapeutic atmosphere here at the ranch.

And apparently… even the dogs wind up in the Word! 📖😂

We’re thankful for every opportunity to create a place filled with hope, healing, laughter, and unconditional love.

We had an incredible time at Bishop Street Recovery Ranch visiting Water Valley Baptist Church this week!

Our team was honored to share, worship, and spend time with such an amazing church family. The kindness, encouragement, and genuine hospitality shown by everyone from Water Valley Baptist Church meant so much to us. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and loved from the moment we walked through the doors.

And to top it all off — we enjoyed a great pizza party together afterward filled with fellowship, laughter, and community! 🍕

We are truly grateful for churches like Water Valley Baptist Church that open their hearts to support recovery, restoration, and hope. Thank you again for having us!

Tomorrow’s reminder from Bishop Street Recovery Ranch:

Recovery is learning that “one day at a time” also applies to laundry, dishes, paperwork, and answering texts from your family. 😂

Some days you feel unstoppable…
Some days you celebrate because you drank water, made your bed, and didn’t argue with anybody online. And honestly? That still counts as progress. 🙌

The good news is you don’t have to be perfect to keep moving forward. Recovery isn’t about having it all together — it’s about showing up anyway, even when life feels messy.

So if tomorrow gets stressful, just remember:

* Drink your coffee ☕
* Take a deep breath
* Call somebody supportive
* And maybe don’t make major life decisions before breakfast 😂
