🗳️ Amendment B: What's at stake?

Amendment B would permanently change Utah's Constitution to require 60% voter approval (instead of 50%) for citizen initiatives that create or expand taxes.

The League of Women Voters of Utah and community partners oppose Amendment B because it makes it harder for Utahns to have a direct voice.

Bottom line: VOTE NO ON B to protect Utah's Constitution.

Missed the mail-in registration deadline? Don’t panic—you still have options! 🗳️✨

The deadline to receive a ballot by mail was Friday. But Salt Lake County voters can still register and vote in person. Here is what you need to know:

📍 Where: Early voting locations are open across Salt Lake County, or you can register at your polling place on Election Day.

🪪 What to bring: You’ll need two forms of ID—one for your identity (like a driver’s license) and one for your residence (like a utility bill).

☑️Has your ballot arrived in the mail? Don’t let it gather dust on the kitchen counter! Take a few minutes today to review your choices, fill in those dots and make your voice heard.

🤔Voting early gives you time to think through your decisions without any last-minute pressure. Once your ballot is complete, follow the instructions provided and send it on its way.

✉️The sooner you send it, the better! Your ballot must arrive at the county clerk’s office by 8 p.m. on Nov. 3 to be counted. Or, you can skip the post office and take it to a secure ballot drop box.
