Through our partners at who distribute tents donated from , five families in Haiti have a safe place to sleep. The team began distributing donated tents to families displaced by flooding from Hurricane Melissa. More distributions are planned for next week. It was an honor to learn from Tim Shriver this morning with thought leaders, local government and educators who work in West Valley. teaches about the importance of dignity in conversation, the affect of contempt and fear and how to disagree better. Reminded me of the #243 at !

We received a thank you for the students of the American Academy of Excellence in DRC this week…

We, students of A.A.E4, express our feelings of gratitude to and for their generosity in providing us with the books which today constitute our library; an ideal gift that will be shared by different promotions of the AAE4 family.

For us, this is a giant step that gives us hope of improving our abilities to be able to distinguish ourselves and become more useful to ourselves and to others. May the Heavenly Father give you back a hundredfold.

Tifie has been supporting the O'Faro Community Center in the Dominican Republic for several years. Omar and his team do an incredible job providing a safe and fun space for children to learn and grow. Some past volunteers are raising funds for them by biking across the USA. Tifie is excited to offer a matching fund to the Tandika Revitalization Foundation through the fundraiser at Emerson Elementary. In past years, Emerson students and families sponsored 25 single mothers with loans to start their own businesses. This year, they are buying the land to build a community center for these women and their businesses. Tifie will match up to $6000. Read more on our blog in our bio.
