We provide targeted case management, PRP, mental health case management as well as supported employment. Wraparound Maryland is a non-profit entity established to emphasize “empowering families.” Wraparound Maryland does not espouse a one size fits all philosophy. Instead, we partner with our families to provide opportunities for growth and change which capitalize on a family’s strengths rather th

an point out weaknesses. Our philosophy is proactive to encourage families to take care of themselves emotionally, physically, mentally and socially. Wraparound Maryland is not a service or program; rather, it is a definable process that results in a unique set of community services and natural supports that are individualized for a child and family to achieve a positive set of outcomes. We are currently serving families in the following areas:

The Lower and Mid Shores of Maryland, Baltimore City and County, Delaware

Today we're shining the light on one of our team members, Duawan C. Mills Thompson. Duawan is a Case Manager in our Targeted Case Management program. When asked about what she likes most about the job, she responded that she "has the opportunity to make a difference for the better in someone else's life."
