After Jessica Vizecky and Katie Herron both experienced devastating miscarriages as well as NICU stays, they both felt there was a gap in care, help, and healing for these families. Not really sure how they could help, but feeling the urge to, they prayed and it was truly God that showed them the idea of care packages.

An estimated 15 million babies are born too early every year. Almost 1 million children die each year due to complications of preterm birth. Many survivors face a lifetime of disability, including learning disabilities and visual and hearing problems. As you can see, the need is great! Dear God,
We thank you for the precious life of children and we pray that you would cover the babies around the world born too early. or that need some help to thrive. We pray that they would gain strength everyday and grow to be strong men and women. We pray over the parents and families watching these little ones fight everyday, that you would bring your peace, comfort, and strength to them in this hard time. Our Heavenly Father. My words are not sufficient enough to express my sorrow over the loss of a child. I believe that You are in control and you have this baby(ies) in Your arms. Even though this grief is so deep I know that You are present. Your heart breaks with ours so I know you experience our pain. Everything that was hoped for these children will never be but we know Your ways are higher than ours. Even though we cannot see this right now, we trust in You.
