Yes, we are playing This Labor Day Weekend

You are cordially invited to attend the Big Bucks Bingo event at the St Thomas Fire Company, located at 34 School House Rd in St Thomas, Pa on Sunday, SEPT 6th. The event will feature regular games with payouts of $300 and multiple jackpots exceeding $1000. No advance tickets are required; simply arrive and participate. All bingo players will receive a complimentary meal consisting of a hoagie, chips and a beverage. The doors will open at 11:00 am, and bingo games will commence at 2:00 pm. Prices for packages are below.

This past Tuesday we had a group of homeschool children and their families come to our station for a fire prevention program. They learned what our gear does to protect us, how they look and sound, some of our tools and equipment me use. They also took a tour of our apparatus. We thank you all for coming by and we hope you had fun. Thank you to our members that were able to attend and help.

All participants in our bingo games will receive complimentary two-piece chicken dinners, mac & cheese, roll, butter, and a beverage. At 00:24 hours units were dispatched to 1210 Saint Thomas Williamson Road St Thomas for a garage fire. Rescue Engine w/4 arrived on scene with a single story garage and heavy fire through the roof. The engine crew pulled an attack line and began extinguishment. Deputy Chief 18 arrived shortly after establishing command. Engine 45 w/5 arrived and pulled a second attack line assisting with fire attack. Lieutenant 44 was assigned the fire attack officer. Squad 41 w/3, Tower 1 w/4, ET 8 w/3, ET18 w/1, E9-1 w/2, T9 w/1, Engine 13-2 w/4, T13 w/2 arrived and assisted with overhaul. Engine 9-1 was diverted to the fill site at Company 18. Thank you to all mutual aid companies, WellSpan EMS, and fire police with assisting. Any questions will need to be referred to the Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshals office.

This Saturday, August 15th, we invite you to a special evening bingo event with increased payouts and multiple jackpots exceeding $1000. The doors will open at 4:00 PM and the bingo session will commence at 6:30 PM. No tickets necessary, just show up, purchase bingo cards and play.

This Friday, August 14th is the St Thomas Volunteer Fire and Rescue meat raffle.
Located at 34 School House Rd, St Thomas, Pa 17252.
Tickets can be purchased at the door for $15.00 and will get you 72 spins on the wheel.
The meal included with the ticket price will be hot roast beef, mashed potatoes, dessert and drink.
Doors open at 4:00, meal is at 6 and spins start at 7:00.

Today at 16:10hrs the first alarm assignment was dispatched to 2375 Apple Way Rd St Thomas Township for a mobile home fire. Assistant Chief 48 arrived on scene first with smoke showing from the eves of a single wide mobile home. Deputy Chief 18 arrived and established command. Assistant 48 assumed fire attack. Engine 45 with a crew of 5 arrived laid a line, and placed a single hand-line in service. Engine Tanker 18 with 3 arrived right after picking up 45’s line followed by 13-2 (4) , Tanker 13 (2) Engine 9 (4), Engine 1-1 (4), and Tower 1 (2).Apparatus staged sending crews forward. With a quick knockdown the box was scaled back. 45, ET 18, Squad 41, and Engine 13-2 stayed on scene for overhaul. The Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal was requested. Thank you to all mutual companions for assisting today.
