2026 Virtual Parent Café Series
DIVE INTO SUMMER! Parent Cafés are guided group meetings where parents come together to talk, share, and support each other. Parents learn ways to keep their families strong. These cafés are for Pennsylvania families in Early Intervention or Home Visiting programs.
Seats are limited to this event. Register soon!

•Cafés are virtual. A Zoom link will be sent after registration.

☀️ School is out for Summer ☀️

🤔 But...did you know....

There are children right here in our community that rely on school lunches and may go without consistant meals during the summer months. To me, that is just heartbreaking and unacceptable 💔

Starting Monday, June 1st and going until the start of school in the fall - we will be offering free bagged lunches for kids 🩵 If you need a lunch stop in New Horizons Healthy Foods/Fitness Fun during store hours and grab a bagged lunch. No judgment and no questions asked. If you can't make it into the store, shoot us a private message and we will make sure you get a lunch 💜

To start, the lunch will contain shelf stable food that can be microwaved. Can't access a microwave? No problem! Just ask LeRoy and he will take care of preparing it for you 🩵

We will still continue to stock our Kindness Closet, Clothes Closet and we still have meals available at Village Peddler Country Store and Cafe for anyone in need. This is just something extra to make sure the kids are getting a meal this Summer. ❤️

☀️🍧 Volunteers Needed This Summer! 🍧☀️

Awakening Alliance Church is excited to continue spreading joy one snow cone at a time by serving FREE snow cones throughout our community this summer!

We’re looking for volunteers who are available during the day to help us at local parks programs and library events. It’s a simple way to love on our community, meet people, and share smiles all summer long!

• August 4
